Easy-to-use tools enable the creation of a wide sample range at early design stages.

When using PDS with 3D Runway Creator for PDS, you can easily 
add all fabric specifications, sew the style in 3D and drape your patterns on one of the several models included in
the software or one of your own models. OptiTex 3D Runway Suite of Tools is the first complete and fully integrated
software solution that utilizes a natural combination of both flat patterns and state-of-the-art 3D technology to
deliver virtually real finished products. 

Optitex 3D Creator for Modulate offers the user a wide range of highly detailed parametric mannequins that feature
65 adjustable body measurements, including several posture positions that can be saved for multiple uses. Users can
create their own specific base-size mannequins (virtual fit models), saving a great amount of fitting time.

  2. 샘플 제작 전 3D로 시뮬레이션 하여 문제가 예상 되는 부분을 사전에 분석 후 CAD 에서 수정하여 다시 시뮬레션 후 패턴 완성
  3. 샘플 제작
  4. 바이어 발송 ~ 바이어 코멘트

    A. 컨펌 기간 단축
         패턴 제작 후 3D 시뮬레이션 작업으로 문제 예상 되는 부분을 사전에 보환 하여 샘플제작 을 실행 하므로
         최종 바이어 컨펌 시점 을 앞 당길 수 있다.
    B. 샘플비용 및 운송비 절감
         샘플제작비용.원부자재비용.운송비가 절감된다.



OptiTex CAD 3D작업 순서
  1. optitex cad pds 2d system 에서 패턴 작업 한다
  2. Optitex 3d cad에서 실제 마네킹을 바이어별로 제작 한다.
  3. 2d cad에서 제작한 패턴을 실제 봉제 하듯이 연결 한다.
  4. 봉제 한 패턴을 바이어에 맞게 만들어 놓은 마네킹에 맵핑 한다.
  5. 맵핑 후 여러가지 view로 수정될 부분을 확인 한다.
  6. 확인된 부분을 optitex pds에서 수정을 한다.
  7. 수정된 패턴을 다시 3d 모델 마네킹에 맵핑하여 본다.
  8. 이러한 일련의 과정을 통하여 실질적으로 옷에 대한 피팅 및 수정을 간편하게 실행할 수 있다.
  9. 패턴에 직물 모양을 넣어 볼 수 있다

This new technology allows the user to digitize on a 3D view and see the results on the 2D pieces.
Alter 2D patterns by marking the 3D pattern draped on a virtual mannequin
Add internals to the 3D or 2D pattern and the other will change.
Alter a neckline, mark an excess of fabric, add buttons and notches and more - just as if you were cutting and
stitching fabric on a live person
